Web Synergies is seeking a Japanese Bilingual AWS Support & Operations Engineer to support the maintenance and operation of the ServAir platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AWS infrastructure management, web application operations, database administration, and troubleshooting activities, along with strong Japanese communication skills. This role involves working closely with Japanese stakeholders while ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support AWS-based infrastructure and applications.
• Manage and operate web application servers and databases.
• Administer and optimise Elasticsearch/OpenSearch environments.
• Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support system maintenance, deployments, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Japanese stakeholders through meetings, documentation, and day-to-day communication.

AWS Services

• Hands-on experience with:
  • Amazon EC2
  • AWS Lambda
  • Amazon RDS
  • Amazon ECS
  • Amazon QuickSight
  • AWS CLI

Infrastructure and Operations

• Web Application Server Administration

Language Requirements

• Business-level Japanese communication skills
• Conversational Japanese proficiency
• Ability to read and write technical documents in Japanese

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
