Job Description

As a technical engineer, your excellent customer-handling skills via voice/email and chat will be crucial to maintaining our high customer satisfaction levels—admin-level experience (L300) with any Office365 products (Exchange Online, etc.).

• L100 level knowledge across Exchange Online.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, email migrations, hybrid migrations, Office365 application troubleshooting, and general Office365 technical support.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Support projects is mandatory.
• Exchange with identity management, security, and compliance.
• Troubleshooting auto-discover-related issues on the Microsoft Exchange server.
• Working on Exchange Admin centre-related issues.
• Handling Autodiscover, mail flow, and security in Office 365.
• Exchange set up, Federation, setting up Exchange with cloud services, troubleshooting Exchange issues, Directory Synchronization setup, migration from AD to Office 365 related issues, and troubleshooting.
• Willing to work night shifts to provide 24x7 customer support.
• Research, resolve, and respond to questions promptly.
