Job Overview:

Web Synergies is looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer with expertise in IoT platforms to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing robust QA strategies, automating testing pipelines using CI/CD tools, and collaborating with DevOps teams to ensure the reliability and performance of cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies tailored to IoT platforms.
• Design and implement automated testing pipelines using Azure DevOps and other CI/CD tools.
• Conduct functional, integration, and performance tests to ensure system excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, to integrate QA practices into workflows.
• Monitor production environments, identify quality issues, and provide incident root cause analyses.
• Document and report on testing outcomes, providing detailed quality metrics and resolutions.

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong experience with cloud-native IoT platforms and SaaS architectures.
• Expertise in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Katalon).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, especially with Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with API testing, security testing, and penetration testing.
• Familiarity with IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP/HTTPS).
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in database testing (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• ISTQB Testing Certification preferred.
