Job Overview:

Web Synergies is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and help drive the development of SaaS-based IoT/IIoT platforms. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document SaaS-based IoT/IIoT solutions requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes using Figma.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align project goals and track progress.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work on software optimisation to improve SaaS IoT platform performance and support architectural decisions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and contribute to DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in business analysis for SaaS-based IoT/IIoT platforms
• Proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of front-end and back-end integration
• Familiarity with security standards (e.g., OWASP, ISO, IEC)
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
• Ability to work with global teams and strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent proficiency in English for global collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in IT, IoT, or software development
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS-based IoT/IIoT solutions
