Job Overview:

Web Synergies is looking for a talented Software Project Manager to join our Ho Chi Minh City team. This role involves managing cross-functional teams to successfully deliver software projects within the IIoT (SaaS/PaaS, Cloud-based platforms) sector. You will be responsible for project planning, implementation, and oversight, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, delivering projects in line with client requirements.
• Create project roadmaps from user stories and prioritize tasks for efficient execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to resolve issues promptly.
• Promote the adoption of Azure DevOps for better project management, generating detailed sprint performance reports.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices within the team.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years in the IIoT sector (SaaS/PaaS, Cloud-based platforms).
• Strong stakeholder management and budget management experience.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with IT/OT communication and working with global teams.
• Excellent communication skills, including executive presentations.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
