Job Overview:

Web Synergies is seeking an experienced DX Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure compliance with Open Source Software (OSS) licensing, generate reports using Blackduck tools, and manage Cloud Service Agreements. You will also support internal audits and develop product quality documentation to ensure the highest quality and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve OSS used by the product development team, ensuring compliance with licensing terms.
• Develop and maintain OSS checklists, generate reports using Blackduck tools, and assess and mitigate licensing risks.
• Collaborate with Security and Governance teams to review Cloud Service Agreements and ensure compliance with Data Security regulations.
• Develop product quality documentation, including QA documents, checklists, specifications, and release notes, ensuring proper version control.
• Support internal audits to ensure the team adheres to security and governance standards.
• Work with the development team, architects, and project managers to ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., architecture, security documents) is in place.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Product R&D Lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Open Source Software licensing (e.g., LGPL, MIT, Apache).
• Proficiency with Blackduck tools, including integration with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Cloud Service Agreements and Data Protection Act, especially for cloud-based services.
• Familiarity with GDPR, Export Control, and SaaS products.
• Japanese communication skills are a plus.
