Job Overview:

Web Synergies is seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our Bangalore team. In this role, you will manage test planning, conduct both front-end (UI) and back-end (API, Database) testing, and ensure the quality of our software products. You will also be responsible for utilizing Jira for test management, Subject7 for test automation, and Power BI (PBI) Dashboards for reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute test releases, ensuring test coverage and alignment with release schedules.
• Manage and organize test cases, ensuring clear documentation and effective test execution.
• Perform front-end testing (UI), back-end testing (API endpoints), and database testing.
• Utilize Jira for test management, reporting, and tracking progress.
• Automate tests using Subject7 or equivalent test automation platforms.
• Leverage Power BI Dashboards to visualize and track testing metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
• Expertise in Jira for test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Proficient in API testing, UI testing, and database testing.
• Hands-on experience with Subject7 or similar test automation platforms.
• Strong experience with Power BI Dashboards for reporting and monitoring test results.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
