Job Overview:

Web Synergies is seeking a talented Virtual Design Lead to join our team and develop cutting-edge Digital Twin solutions. As the Virtual Design Lead, you will be responsible for designing and optimising digital simulation models, performing software development tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Digital Twin solutions that align with business requirements.
• Optimise and enhance digital simulation models for improved performance.
• Provide technical support for electronic components and systems.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of Digital Twin specialists.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform testing and validation of Digital Twin models to ensure accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong background in 3D modelling, simulation, and data analysis
• Experience with Python, C#, or SQL
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge of electronics and Industrial IoT is a plus
• Proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
