Job Overview:

Web Synergies is looking for a Functional Analyst / Tester to join our team. If you have 8-10 years of experience in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain, strong manual testing expertise, and a solid understanding of Oracle SQL queries, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Teams to understand business requirements and application functionality
• Prepare comprehensive requirement artefacts (e.g. PPTs, Excel sheets, Word documents) for Product Owners, Technical Teams, and QA Teams
• Communicate functional understanding through detailed documentation, aiding the design and testing phases
• Draft functional and testing documents such as Functional Specification Documents, User Stories, Test Plans, and Test Cases
• Design and execute detailed manual test cases and prepare test data for validation at the Oracle SQL database level
• Work closely with developers and testers to ensure alignment between business functionality and technical implementation

Required Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience as a Business Analyst in the SCM domain, with a focus on manual functional testing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on experience in SQL queries for data validation and testing
• Experience in large-scale enterprise-level projects
• Proficiency in using JIRA, ALM, and Remedy tools for test documentation and tracking
