Job Overview:

Web Synergies is seeking a skilled IAM Consultant to join our team. If you have 3+ years of experience in Information Security and expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, Microsoft Azure, and Active Directory, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve security incidents in the IAM environment.
• Utilise vulnerability management data to perform necessary patches and updates.
• Manage user accounts, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts.
• Grant and revoke system access based on approved policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Assist with compliance efforts, including documentation and audit support.
• Provide support and training to users on IAM policies and security awareness.
• Monitor access logs and identify potential security risks or violations.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging IAM technologies and security trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Active Directory.
• Proficiency in Tenable VMS, Sentinel One EDR, and Forcepoint DLP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Awareness of cultural habits and working in a diverse environment.
