Job Overview:

Web Synergies is looking for an experienced Intune L3 Administrator with 6-8 years of expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Jamf Pro, and Ivanti Endpoint Manager. In this role, you will manage, optimise, and troubleshoot endpoint devices, automate processes, and ensure seamless operations across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
• Configure and troubleshoot device compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and app protection policies
• Implement Windows Autopilot for efficient device provisioning and deployment
• Migrate Group Policies (GPOs) to Intune and optimise device configuration strategies
• Deploy and manage macOS devices using Jamf Pro and integrate with Intune for compliance
• Handle patch management, software deployment, and endpoint security updates with Ivanti EPM
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python) to improve endpoint management efficiency
• Provide L3-level troubleshooting for device enrolment, policy conflicts, and compliance failures
• Maintain technical documentation and SOPs for Intune, Jamf Pro, and Ivanti
• Mentor L1/L2 support teams and provide technical training on troubleshooting and best practices

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6–8 years of experience in endpoint management with Intune, Jamf Pro, and Ivanti
• Expertise in PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting for automation
• Strong knowledge of macOS compliance, Windows Autopilot, and device management
• Experience with patch management, CI/CD, and endpoint security
• Familiarity with cloud environments and security policies
