Job Overview:

Web Synergies is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in SaaS applications, business system implementation, and project management. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, support, and optimise SaaS solutions for clients, driving operational efficiency and meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyse data requirements for SaaS solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain logical and physical data models for core business applications
• Translate business use cases into functional and technical requirements, ensuring the system design fits business needs
• Lead the Agile Scrum process for project development and implementation
• Develop detailed use cases, process flows, and test cases to implement quality solutions
• Execute test cases and scenarios to validate SaaS solutions
• Provide subject matter expert training, assist with troubleshooting, and ensure system functionality meets business requirements
• Act as a liaison between project teams, ensuring optimal performance in terms of design, configuration, testing, and maintenance
• Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth transitions to new SaaS inventory management solutions

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience as a Solution Analyst or in a similar business analysis role
• Experience in SaaS application deployment and complex business systems
• Proficient in Agile Scrum methodologies
• Strong experience with data modelling tools and techniques
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to successful completion
