Job Overview:

Web Synergies is looking for a talented ML Support Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that support business goals and innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure that enterprise systems and data pipelines are optimised for ML applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machine learning models for various use cases, such as recommendation systems, sentiment analysis, and content personalisation
• Deploy machine learning solutions to meet business goals and foster experimentation and innovation
• Optimise machine learning algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy
• Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and deployment
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective ML solutions
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Translate complex machine learning problem statements into specific deliverables and solutions
• Work closely with UX designers and product teams to improve product user experiences through ML-driven features

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in machine learning, with a proven track record of deploying models in a production environment
• Proficiency in Python, AWS, Azure, JavaScript, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including classification, regression, clustering, and deep learning
• Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning platforms like AWS SageMaker or Azure Machine Learning
• Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with Google Cloud AI is a plus
