Job Overview:

Web Synergies is looking for a skilled SCCM ADMIN L3 to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure, providing advanced support for complex issues, and overseeing software deployment across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the SCCM infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee the deployment of software packages, updates, and patches across the organisation.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the health and stability of the SCCM environment.
• Provide L3 support for SCCM-related incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline SCCM operations.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SCCM configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate SCCM with other systems and support cross-functional projects.
• Manage and secure mobile devices, apps, and PCs using Microsoft Intune to ensure compliance and protect corporate data.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in SCCM administration and support.
• Proficiency in SCCM (Current Branch) and strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with network protocols and security.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
