Job Overview:
Web Synergies is looking for a seasoned AVS Architect with 12+ years of experience in Azure VMware Solution (AVS), VMware vSphere, and cloud migrations. This role requires expertise in VMware and Azure platforms to design and deliver end-to-end migration solutions for enterprise clients.
Required Technical Skills:
- VMware vSphere 6.0+, VMware NSX-T, VMware HCX (Advanced & Enterprise)
- Strong expertise in Azure ExpressRoute, VPN, Azure networking, and hybrid cloud migration strategies
- Proficiency with VMware vSAN, Site Recovery Manager, and Azure Monitor
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and network virtual appliances
- Expertise in enterprise networking (Layer 2/Layer 3 fabric topologies), data protection, security, and monitoring
- Familiarity with cloud management platforms and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field
- VCDX-DCV / VCDX-CMA, VCP-NV, CCNP/CCDP certifications preferred
- Experience working with enterprise customers on Azure deployments
Desired Competencies:
- Proven ability to lead complex, high-stakes migration projects
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Visionary approach to infrastructure transformation and onboarding processes
