Job Overview:

Web Synergies is seeking an experienced Program Manager with 12-15 years of expertise in cloud migrations, integrations, and transformations to lead large-scale cloud transformation projects in Tokyo, Japan. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise cloud projects, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful migration and integration of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cloud migration, integration, and transformation projects within the cloud practice
• Manage multiple stakeholders including clients, offshore teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and on-budget delivery of projects
• Develop and track project schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Report on project progress, including schedule and cost variance, to the leadership team
• Manage governance, identify issues, and ensure resolution or mitigation of risks
• Conduct weekly project/program reviews and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:

• 12–15 years of experience managing large-scale cloud transformation projects
• Deep experience in cloud technologies, data centre migration, and virtualisation
• Strong understanding of networking, databases, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure Cloud)
• Agile Management, PRINCE2, and PMP certifications (preferred)
• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills

Preferred Certifications:

• Agile Management
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification
• Familiarity with ADO or any other project management tools
