  • 2 days at the Infosys Otemachi office (when necessary) or work from home on Mondays and Fridays
  • 3 days at the client office in Hiroshima (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
  • The client office is located 3 minutes by train from Hiroshima Station
  • Business trip expenses will be borne by Infosys

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Consultant / Team Leader to join our Oracle Cloud ERP implementation project team.

In this role, you will lead critical phases of the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation lifecycle, including:

  • Requirements definition
  • Solution design
  • Configuration
  • Testing
  • Migration activities

The role also involves supporting the Project Manager, managing team members, facilitating client communication, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation

  • Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing activities for the Oracle Cloud Manufacturing module
  • Support migration and go-live activities for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
  • Coordinate implementation activities across:
    • Inventory
    • Procurement
    • Planning
    • Other integrated Oracle ERP modules

Client Engagement & Project Delivery

  • Facilitate client meetings and workshops to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Manage project progress, issues, risks, and delivery timelines based on the project plan
  • Develop and adjust production team plans in alignment with overall project strategy and direction
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor team members throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Review project deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Support the Project Manager in delivery execution and stakeholder coordination

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, specifically within the Manufacturing module
  • Proven experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects across:
    • Requirements gathering
    • Configuration
    • Testing
    • Migration
    • Go-live support

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes
  • Experience coordinating with Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as:
    • Inventory
    • Procurement
    • Planning
  • Strong experience in:
    • Client engagement
    • Workshop facilitation
    • Stakeholder communication
  • Experience in planning and execution aligned with project strategy

Leadership Skills

  • Team leadership experience as a sub-leader or higher
  • Ability to manage project risks, delivery priorities, and implementation quality
  • Strong mentoring and collaboration capabilities

Language Skills

  • Japanese: Native Level (Mandatory)
  • English: Business Level
