Role Overview

We are looking for highly skilled AI and Data Science professionals with strong hands-on experience in AI application integration, LLM-based application development, and modern AI engineering practices.

Candidates currently focused only on traditional data engineering or generic data-related roles without strong AI implementation expertise are not suitable for this role.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt workflows, AI guardrails, reliability mechanisms, and enterprise AI integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate LLM-based AI solutions with enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms
• Design systems using Graph Databases, SQL-based architectures, and Vector Stores
• Build scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) supporting Generative AI strategies
• Apply data engineering concepts including MapReduce principles and data structure analysis
• Define when to use Classical Machine Learning versus Generative AI approaches
• Develop enterprise data strategies using RDBMS, NoSQL, Graph Databases, and In-memory Cache technologies
• Implement data governance practices including lineage tracking, PII handling, and access controls
• Design event-driven architectures and multi-agent orchestration frameworks
• Lead integration testing, regression testing, and quality assurance activities
• Provide technical and architectural guidance to enterprise customers
• Educate stakeholders on AI integration strategies and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Data Science background with hands-on AI implementation experience
• Experience in LLM-based application development and AI solution integration
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture, AI guardrails, prompt engineering, and AI reliability
• Hands-on experience with data engineering pipelines and enterprise AI workflows
• Experience with Graph Databases, SQL, NoSQL, and Vector Database technologies
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and event-driven systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to engage with enterprise customers and provide technical consulting
• Japanese Language Proficiency – JLPT N1 or N2 mandatory
