Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Develop architectural strategies for CRM implementation (scalability, performance, security).
- Customize Dynamics CRM with plugins, workflows, and custom entities.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, and SQL.
- Experience with Azure services, Power Platform, and Common Data Service.
- Integrate CRM with other systems using Azure Logic Apps, SSIS, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Lead customization and configuration efforts of Dynamics CRM.
- Manage data migration and integration between CRM and other platforms.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for CRM implementations.
- Offer technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure solutions align with overall architecture and business strategy.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
