Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Talent Acquisition Representative to support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while promoting our company’s employer brand.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide support services to candidates and client teams in HR-related matters.
  • Act as a proactive liaison to Field TA, identifying and escalating potential issues as needed.
  • Upload, update, and maintain data across HR systems while preparing reports and analyses for effective monitoring and decision-making.
  • Generate, design, and present analytical reports that enhance recruitment processes and enable continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the improvement and automation of TA processes by preparing business requirements, collaborating with partners to finalise functional designs, and guiding recruiters, candidates, and business teams.
  • Ensure timely completion of audit requirements to maintain statutory compliance.
  • Coordinate and prioritise administrative activities such as interview scheduling, background check processes, and data documentation.

Requirements

  • Native Japanese (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese (bilingual communication skills).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
