Job Overview:

Web Synergies is seeking an experienced SAP VIM Consultant to manage and deliver advanced Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA and OpenText. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional and technical expertise in SAP VIM implementations, configuration, and enhancement projects across complex business environments.

You’ll play a key role in end-to-end SAP solution delivery — from requirement gathering and design to deployment and post-go-live support — ensuring system stability and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP VIM implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
• Deliver full lifecycle project delivery, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and deployment teams to secure UAT sign-off.
• Configure VIM and Business Centre Capture (BCC) according to business requirements.
• Work extensively on RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) related to VIM.
• Integrate OpenText with SAP for efficient document management and automation.
• Coordinate with cross-module SAP teams and ensure seamless external system integrations.
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations for SAP VIM processes.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation and test scripts.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for complex VIM scenarios.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience in SAP VIM across large-scale implementations.
• Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA platforms.
• Proven experience in at least two to three full-cycle VIM implementations.
• Expertise in VIM configuration, BCC, and custom developments (RICEFW).
• Hands-on experience with OpenText integration.
• In-depth understanding of invoice processing automation and workflow optimisation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Functional knowledge across SAP MM, FI, and Workflow modules.
• Experience working on VIM-related integrations with third-party systems.
• Understanding of business process mapping and automation frameworks.
