Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced MES Implementation Engineer to manage the end-to-end delivery of MES, LIMS, or similar manufacturing software solutions. The role involves customer engagement, implementation, solution configuration, project coordination, user training, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own implementation projects from project kickoff through go-live.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and provide implementation guidance.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Manage project timelines, testing, user training, and deployment activities.
• Ensure successful customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Support solution configuration and implementation activities based on customer requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing MES, LIMS, QMS, EBR, or similar manufacturing solutions.
• Experience working with manufacturing or regulated industries.
• Good understanding of OEE, GMP, ALCOA+, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication, customer engagement, and project coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer implementations when required.
• Japanese-speaking skills would be an added advantage.
