Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO, including FI and CO, and good working experience in SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
The role requires a strong understanding of SAP Finance and accounting business processes, along with experience supporting testing, issue resolution, Hypercare, and BAU transition activities in global project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work extensively with SAP FICO, including FI and CO, to support Finance and accounting business processes.
- Apply hands-on knowledge of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) in project and functional activities.
- Analyse business requirements and apply functional knowledge during testing and issue resolution.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, Hypercare, and BAU transition.
- Work effectively across multi-location and global projects with multiple reporting hierarchies.
- Analyse and resolve functional issues while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across project teams and reporting structures.
- Contribute to testing and issue-resolution activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support Finance process requirements and project outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO, including FI and CO.
- Good working experience in SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
- Strong understanding of SAP Finance and accounting business processes.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, Hypercare, and BAU transition.
- Experience working on multi-location/global projects and across multiple reporting hierarchies.
- Ability to analyse business requirements and apply functional knowledge during testing and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
