Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.< />
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a minimum of 10 years in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with data modeling, migration, and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools, such as Jenkins and Git.
- Salesforce certifications (CTA, Application Architect, System Architect) are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other CRM platforms and integration tools.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
