Job Summary

We seek a skilled Salesforce Customer Support Agent to provide effective support services to our Japanese customers. The successful candidate will bridge our Japanese clients and the English-speaking technical team in India. This role requires proficiency in Japanese and English and a background in IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support service to Japanese customers regarding Salesforce inquiries.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to handle and resolve tickets.
  • Escalate issues to the next level when required.
  • Facilitate clear communication between Japanese and English-speaking team members.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering project reports and updates.
  • Utilize Japanese language skills to enhance team communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s/masterโ€™s degree in computer science or related IT fields.
  • Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English (B2 or higher).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Service Now is a plus.
