Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Cutover Plan: Develop high-level and detailed cutover execution timelines, including pre/post data migration tasks, dependencies, and fallback scenarios. Align resources and access.
- Execute Mock Cutover: Coordinate mock cutover in QA for UAT prep, track tasks, and apply lessons learned.
- Execute Final Cutover: Ensure system availability, coordinate pre/post migration activities, validate the production system, and communicate milestones.
