Key Responsibilities

• Engage in business process discussions to understand current processes, pain points, and requirements.
• Lead functional/technical consultants to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions.
• Identify and escalate issues and risks within the project structure.
• Prepare and conduct key user & end-user training and workshops.
• Ensure documentation of key project deliverables and smooth transition to the application maintenance team.
• Support effort estimation, solution standardization, training, mentoring, and coaching junior team members.

Requirements

• Significant experience in S/4HANA SD application, including configuration, design, testing, compliance, and implementation.
• Proficient in sales order processing, order fulfillment, consignment and return processes, credit management, pricing, taxation, billing, and outputs.
• Experience with CVI, aATP, Advanced Return Management, BRF+, Settlement Management, International Trade, and SD – LO (Shipping).
• Extensive experience in major enhancements (RICEFW) using APIs, user exits, BAPIs, and BADIs.
• Strong integration knowledge with MM, APO, WM, and FI, with ABAP debugging skills.
• Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Japanese (N3/N2 certified) and English.
