Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage end-to-end SCCM infrastructure.
- Provide best practices and review new SCCM features for implementation.
- Troubleshoot SCCM-related issues.
- Manage site communications and security scopes.
- Monitor site health via SSRS, log files, and the SCCM console.
- Plan, configure, and implement backup plans.
- Manage and configure User and Device collections.
- Deploy Operating System Images via SCCM OSD, configure WDS, PXE.
- Deploy Applications and Software Updates, monitor updates, and manage client installations.
- Extend custom inventory and reporting, create and modify custom SQL reports.
- Adopt modern device management processes and automate regular tasks.
- Deliver OSD via Configuration Manager Current Branch MEM 2002 and above.
- Good knowledge of VB scripting, WMI scripting, PowerShell.
Education Qualification
- Bachelorβs degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
