Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via voice/email/chat.
  • Admin-level experience (L300) with any Office365 product.
  • Handle Exchange Online issues and Office365 technical support.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange server issues.
  • Manage Exchange Admin center issues, mail flow, and security in Office 365.
  • Work on Identity Management and Security Compliance.
  • Set up Exchange, Directory Synchronization, and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Provide 24x7 customer support.

Requirements

  • Real-time hands-on experience with Exchange Online and Identity Management.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience on Microsoft Support projects (Concierge/Partner/Premium).
  • Excellent customer handling skills.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, email migrations, and Office365 applications.
  • Strong experience in Exchange setup, Federation, and migration from AD to Office 365.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
  • Excellent professionalism and communication skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and good judgment in troubleshooting.
