Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain the Salesforce platform with custom objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and triggers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and analysis.
- Provide technical support to developers and administrators.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Conduct unit and integration testing.
- Stay updated with Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with data modeling, migration, and integration.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins and Git.
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
