𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

  • Stories Refinement:
    • Understand requirements from product owners. Document and refine requirements into detailed user stories.
    • Walkthrough refined stories with stakeholders and product owners.
    • Explain requirements to squad members and review solutions and test cases.
  • Analysis of Production Bugs:
    • Analyse and resolve production bugs.
    • Guide squad to find interim solutions if needed.
  • Support Testing:
    • Guide UAT users and prepare test cases/data.
    • Analyse defects and guide developers on fixes.
  • Backlog Maintenance:
    • Support the Product Owner in maintaining the backlog.
    • Review business priorities and define long-term processes.
  • Training and Documentation:
    • Train business users on functionalities.
