Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business needs and ensure project teams have the required details.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and analysts in English and Japanese.
  • Participate in QA to ensure features and functions are optimized.
  • Develop and use standard templates for writing requirements specifications.
  • Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts for project direction.
  • Collaborate with Japanese customers to review their requirements and provide support.


  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in English & Japanese (JLPT N2/N1).
  • Good understanding of SDLC or software implementation lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or experience with CRM solutions.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand business processes and how technology enables them.
