Key Responsibilities
- Understand business needs and ensure project teams have the required details.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and analysts in English and Japanese.
- Participate in QA to ensure features and functions are optimized.
- Develop and use standard templates for writing requirements specifications.
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts for project direction.
- Collaborate with Japanese customers to review their requirements and provide support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/masterβs degree in computer science, IT, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in IT or relevant industry.
- Proficiency in English & Japanese (JLPT N2/N1).
- Good understanding of SDLC or software implementation lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or experience with CRM solutions.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to quickly understand business processes and how technology enables them.
