Job Summary
We seek a Technical Writer with around 5 years of experience who can act more like a consultant than a developer. This role involves creating technical documentation through reverse engineering and requires Account Engagement (Pardot) and Sales Cloud expertise. The candidate must be bilingual in English and Japanese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create technical documentation using reverse engineering techniques.
- Utilize knowledge of Account Engagement (Pardot) and Sales Cloud to develop comprehensive documentation.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Japanese.
- Collaborate with teams remotely, with occasional office visits as needed.
