The Issue: Aparna Constructions and Estates Pvt Ltd is a premier constructions company based in Hyderabad, India. With its ever-growing business and expanding operations, they had limited visibility on consolidated sales information. This was due to the usage of stand-alone silo systems with disintegrated applications. Also, users followed their own process of recording sales information using excel due to which sales funnel movement and closure had to manually track.

  • Aparna ERP system (RAMCO ERP system) integration to exchange property booking details.
  • Integration of property portal which eliminated the manual lead creation by sales executives. Thus leads get created based on qualified lead data received from property portals.
  • Once the lead is qualified and the property has been reserved the information is sent to the rewards system to award the customer.
