The Challenge:

Our client needed a learning portal with an assignment-based course curriculum for their line managers with enhanced role-based functional access, a better user experience, and a simple interface to the system. They needed robust workflow implementation and enhanced visualization dashboards.

The Solution:

• Our team implemented a learner portal (LMS) with a rich interface that allows easy browsing of available courses and registration. Online submission of assignments and assessments and online certifications like training certification, participation certification, and achievement certification were included.
• Backend administrative functions to manage & schedule courses and functions to perform bulk registration for a course were included.
• A Flexible reporting module was deployed to monitor learners' progress and assess results.
